I would like to make a comment about how unpleasant the receptionist was in the both occassions I had to deal with her. I could not get her name as she was not wearing any name badge, she was a biracial young, plus-size lady. She was not very polite, asking for payment or documentation without saying please; not welcoming us to the hotel but rather saying that the it was 2 pm and the check-in was at 3. And again when we paid for the parking at checked out, very unfriendly and unpolite, again not saying please when asking for payment. Also, a customer before us (when we checked out) got his room at 11:15 check in, when a couple of days before she sent us out because we arrived one hour earlier. Really unpleasant young lady, really bad that this is the first & last person you have contacted with. on the other hand, everyone in catering team was very nice.

Pleasant comfortable hotel in a quiet location. It's well within walking distance of the main railway station, though the residential area seems a bit unlikely at first. We were in the main part of the hotel, rather than the annexe across the road. Staff we came across were pleasant, and the bar (free drink courtesy of Accor membership!) was cosy and well-stocked even if the view of the car park was uninspiring. However, the view from the bedroom we had was good. The bedroom has sufficient storage for a couple of days' stay. Would have appreciated a drawer or two for smalls. As is usual, there was nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries bag, and nowhere to hang your clothes should you want to get dressed in the bathroom. Why not a hook on the back of the door?? The heated towel rail was appreciated though. Loved the smell of the shower gel and hand soap.

We just arrived to the hotel and we got the most rude receptionist. She explained something to my BF and he translated and when I asked her something she replied "why you didnt listen to what i just said?" Well, i dont speak german i asked you in English and you replied with german. I dont appreciate this attitude!

An okay experience. Would definately be coming back if the cons would improve... Pros: - Great location - Very nice staff, helpful and kind - Room was spacious and beautiful Cons: - no working elevator while on the 6th floor - a strange constant high noise in the room (as if there was someone vacuum cleaning in a different room, making the both of us feeling dizzy throughout the night and when getting up. - breakfast was okay, but at 9.15 they had ran out multiple things and the area was extremily packed with people and chaotic, we felt rushed.

Nice hotel, good location and spacious room. Swimming pool was very cold but clean. Disappointing that staff during breakfast could not take 2 seconds to congratulate an excited five year old wearing a birthday crown. On the first morning of our stay, it was my daughter’s 5th birthday. She was wearing her birthday crown to breakfast, very excited about her day, but none of the staff could have been bothered to wish her a happy birthday. Very disappointing.
